  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do, shipping worldwide!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If you choose Rush Delivery, delivery time is Within 10-15 days including weekend.
    If you choose Normal Delivery, delivery time is around 15-20 days or even earlier (From May to Dec)
    It's Around 30 days (From January to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.

  • How to Order Custom Dress?

    1. Choose custom size or standard size, then add it to cart, click "CHECK OUT" then you will be directed to second page.
    2. Give us your custom measurement, color and other requests in the note list, then we will confirm with you again when we receive your order.
    If you want to give us your custom measurement, we need following measurement.

    Delivery time is within 15-20 days normal order, 10-15 days for rush order

  • Can you make dresses according to our design or sketch?

    Yes, please send photos or sketch to our email: [email protected], then I will tell you whether we can do it or not.

  • How Can you make sure dress will be fit well?

    Our dresses run true to size, if dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well.
    For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''.
    Don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3'' taken in or out if measurement is not accurate.
    There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.

  • What's the Cancellation Policy?

    Order Cancellation
    Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or

    - Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of

    the product purchase price, or

    - Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping.As usually, the Cancellation fee is 40% the total cost

    cost, or

    - Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
